Abstract

The plogging action was carried out by Sunday School children and young people at the Pohan Tonga Protestant Fellowship Church (GPP). Plogging is the activity of picking up trash while exercising. This activity aims to maintain a clean environment and improve the physical health of the participants. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach to problem analysis and ethnography. Researchers observed and participated directly in plogging activities. The research results showed that plogging activities were successful in collecting rubbish on the streets around the church. Apart from that, plogging is also beneficial for the physical health of the participants and fosters a sense of concern for health and the environment. This activity also strengthens the sense of solidarity and cooperation among participants. The conclusion of this research is that plogging is a small step that has a big impact on the environment and health. Plogging can be an effective solution to overcome waste problems and improve people's physical health.
